After owning the Hurricane Grill & Wings location in Port Jefferson Station for approximately 18 months, partners Kim Saccoccio and Ronnie Turelli have rebranded the franchise into a privately-owned sports bar named Alice’s Sport Bar Eatery.
The decision to part ways with the Hurricane’s contract was made in early December, following their purchase of the establishment in July 2023.
Named in honor of Saccoccio’s late mother, Alice, who tragically passed away in 2021, the restaurant is undergoing a comprehensive transformation. Located at 1037 Patchogue Road in Three Roads Plaza, the revamp includes updates to both the interior dining area and the menu.
“People can expect better quality,” Turelli stated, emphasizing plans to expand the menu beyond wings. “We’ve been known as a wing place, but we’re going to bring much more.”
Currently, the restaurant is in a soft opening phase as it transitions fully into Alice’s. The new sports bar is anticipated to be fully operational by early February.
Hurricane Grill & Wings, a Florida-founded chain, continues to operate locations in Manorville, Lindenhurst, and Hauppauge.
Local businesses, including those specializing in Website Design Long Island, may find Alice’s Sport Bar a welcoming venue for casual meetings, brainstorming sessions, or client lunches.
